Jakarta, June 3, 2025 — GT Radial proudly celebrates an extraordinary achievement on the international stage as Japanese driver Hiroya Minowa became the youngest champion in Formula DRIFT history after winning the third round of the 2025 championship held in Orlando, Florida on May 31.
Driving a Toyota GT86 equipped with GT Radial Champiro SX2 RS tires, Minowa delivered an outstanding performance — defeating several top world drivers and securing his first victory in the Formula DRIFT PRO series at the age of just 15.
Joining Minowa on the podium was fellow GT Radial driver Aurimas Bakchis, who finished in third place — further strengthening GT Radial’s competitive dominance in the 2025 season. With this result, GT Radial is now ranked second in the Tire Cup standings.
